I'm Lorena, the founder of Redwood&Pine and a Sustainable Landscape professional who is dedicated to creating outdoor spaces that are not only beautiful but also functional, sustainable, and in harmony with the natural world. I advise clients on finding solutions specific to their landscape goals and site conditions, helping them get organized through a step by step process. Using a holistic approach, I consider all elements of a site so that no detail is overlooked, and constraints can become opportunities.

My range of services include on-site consultations, site surveying, plant research and selection, conceptual landscape plans, materials research, procurement of landscape contractors, installation oversight, and irrigation and plant maintenance schedules. I work closely with my clients to ensure that every aspect of the project is executed with diligence and care.

My goal is to help others create their dream gardens and outdoor spaces; landscapes that can delight the senses and can contribute to the health of local ecologies and their connection to our ecosystem at large. I am committed to sustainability and use practices such as transforming water-intensive lawns into climate-resilient gardens, implementing water retention and harvesting on site, improving soil health and utilizing native species that support local food webs.
